The UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School Business, Finance and Management Recruitment Fair is a unique opportunity for students to meet top employers, learn more about careers in these sectors and improve virtual networking and interviewing skills. We welcome all current students and recent graduates to join us for this exciting event.
How will a virtual recruitment fair work?
A virtual recruitment fair offers many of the same benefits of a physical fair while allowing students the convenience to participate from any location. Prior to the day of the event, students will need to create a profile and upload their CV to the platform. On the day of the event, students will have the opportunity to approach employer virtual stalls to initiate chats. Similar to physical recruitment fairs, students will also have the opportunity to browse various employer stalls to learn about internship and graduate opportunities.
What can I expect during the event?
How can I prepare for a virtual recruitment fair?
1. The first step is to click 'Register' in order to get the most up-to-date information as well as reminders prior to the event.
2. Once registered, students are able to create a profile. We advise students to add as much information to the profile as possible, including uploading their CV. This will make it easier for employers to find students who match the skills they're looking for.
3. On the day of the event, simply log in from either a desktop, tablet or mobile phone and start exploring opportunities and meeting employers.
